I’m sitting here on my aunt’s laptop, a new one, and it has Windows Vista. Now, this isn’t my first encounter with Vista but it is my first actually “using” it for more than five minutes and I must say… It’s actually a pretty nice OS. From all that I had heard one would think that the moment you you started it a monster would come out of your screen and start terrorizing every program you ever install.
I was almost ready to go straight Mac but when I got to thinking about it, what would I get with Mac? GarageBand, iMovie… Wait, that’s it?
Not to mention the fact that I would lose the ability to play every game I ever liked (besides World of Warcraft), as well as all the programs I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on that only run on Windows.
Gary will call me a Windows n00b, but I suppose I am. Maybe one day, I will buy a Mac. But as of now, it’s not possible for me. The budget doesn’t allow it.

Windows n00b.
Just get both. Go sell yourself. One thing with Vista, is if you want to get it, wait until maybe the end of the summer. Vista is having some problems with older software (like 2 years old and older), and older games (same years), and they are trying to fix it, so the Vistas later on will be a little more compatible than they are now.
Just a tipsy.
